What is Mail Art?
Mail art is basically art you make with the intention of mailing it. It can be a collage, watercolor painting, mixed media art - anything really… as long as it’s art you made and you drop it in the mail. Personally, I prefer them in the form of a postcard.
Why Mail Art?
In a world where a like on an Instagram post is considered a connection, I want more. I know you do too. There is something beautiful about intentionally creating something to immediately send to another in the mail.
How the Mail Art Loop Works
Once the signup period passes, I’ll send you a separate email with the name and address of the ONE person you should send your mail art to. I’m asking that you make your piece and mail it within two weeks of getting the address - that way no one is left without some cool mail art.
