Friday Favorites: Jord Wood Watches Review and a DRAWING
Last week I got a happy little email. I just love happy emails. A representative from JORD Wood Watches asked me if they could send me a watch for me review* and take photos of. I checked out their Instagram feed and was instantly on board. Their watches are STUNNING.
I picked out the Frankie 35 in dark sandalwood and slate. SWOON!
It arrived in it's own wooden jewelry box. Yes, a jewelry box that I actually use now as a jewelry box (that was a fun surprise!) In the jewelry box, the watch was sitting pretty on a pillow. It was accompanied with extra links (they'll actually size it for you with a really handy printable measuring tape to get your exact measurement) and a few instructions.
The instant I saw it, I knew I made the right choice in watch. It's so pretty and perfect for fall. It's slim and understated yet beautiful. You know what I mean. Sometimes you want a watch to be a statement piece (and they've got you covered there, too!) but sometimes you want your watch to blend with your overall look. It matches my style and I've worn it every day since it arrived. I love the dark wood, slate face, and gold accents.
It's made of wood, but surprisingly lightweight. I really can't even tell I'm wearing a watch. It doesn't get in the way and it's standing the test of have a toddler climbing all over me (these are the things I think about now...will my daughter break it!) But it's sturdy - especially for being so petite and lightweight.
How to enter the drawing
JORD is giving one of you $75 toward any of their watches. How cool is that? But the best part is that everyone who enters to win gets $20 to put toward their watch. Yes. You read that correctly. EVERYONE who enters gets $20 to put toward their JORD Wood Watch! Christmas is right around the corner. This would make an excellent gift for your spouse...or yourself! ;)
The giveaway closes on November 27, 2016. And the money toward your watch expires on February 28, 2017.
